Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Economics/Development Studies/ Social Work/Social Welfare/ Sociology/Business Administration or B.Sc Engineering in CSE/EEE/Civil from any Govt. approved university
∎ Training/Trade Course: Employee Development,Management Skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Education and Training, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Public Relations Skills, Publication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Public Relation Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct organizational needs analysis and develop training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
∎ Review and develop training course materials and modules to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems
∎ To identify training needs, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management.
∎ To identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through "Training Needs Assessment (TNA)".
∎ To monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training.
∎ To detect the ROI of every training and payback of every individual.
∎ To make training report, Annual reports, mid-term evaluation reports, and Publish newsletters and other internal narrative reports as per organization requirements.
∎ To prepare & monitor all activities closely and submit monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports.
∎ Any other works as & when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Speaking & writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have presentation skills & experience in co-curriculum activities.
∎ Strong facilitation skills and mastering of PowerPoint presentation
∎ Must be a strong team player and reflects a positive & assertive mindset, act as a change agent
∎ Flexible to work in different time zones, with people from different cultures
∎ Training in Life Skills/Soft Skills/Entrepreneurship Development/Business Management will be treated as extra quality;
∎ Have experience working with youth and micro-entrepreneurs;
Salary:
∎ During the probation period monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 28,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Gratuity, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ After probation salary will be increase as per organization policy
