Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct tests and maintain QC parameters as per SOPs/guidelines.
∎ Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) as per company expectations.
∎ Verify test methods and report any deviations to the immediate superior.
∎ Supervise testing activities and ensure proper use of PPE in the lab.
∎ Maintain equipment performance, calibration records, and consumable stock.
∎ Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training as needed.
