∎ Description: TotalFood Processing Pvt Limited, Bangladesh (https://totalfoodprocessing.com) is a state-of-the-art shrimp and fish processing factory located in Rupsha, just on the outskirts of divisional city Khulna, 170 km from the capital city Dhaka, beside the Khulna-Dhaka Highway. The seaport is just 30km and the airport (under construction) is just 10km away from the factory premise. The area covers approximately 20 acres of land under our TotalFood title. The factory is designed with extensive and rigorous consultations with various local and international experts. It is our ambition to become a game changer in the Bangladesh Shrimp processing industry.

We have a purpose-built cold storage facility with a fleet of refrigerated company branded vehicles for distribution of our products, covering London and the South East of England. We distribute a wide range of frozen products to our customers who are restaurants, wholesalers, cash & carry outlets, small distributors and retail outlets
∎ Sr. Technician (Electrical) is responsible for day to day operation & maintenance work of the Electrical Section and all other Electrical works of the TFPPL. His prime responsibility is to attend complaints coming from the production & Utility section and inform the Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer /Lead Project Engineer about the problem and solve this problem according to instruction of the Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer/Lead Project Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To enter the factory just in time according to the Engineering & Maintenance Department Duty Roster.
∎ Put signature in the attendance register according to the TFPPL rule.
∎ To ensure neat & clean of the Electrical section, Electrical Workshop & Sub-station.
∎ Installs, maintains and repairs wiring, motors, transformers, generators, control circuits, lighting, appliances and other electrical systems
∎ Troubleshoots electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and hand tools
∎ Studies plans, drawings, specifications and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations
∎ Takes appropriate electrical safety precautions and follows National Electric Code, as well as state and local building regulations
∎ Executes an electrical preventative maintenance and corrective action program to ensure operational reliability of electrical equipment, distribution and control systems;
∎ Coordinates with supervisors and other department employees to ensure availability of facilities, and/or minimize disruption, during maintenance and repair activities
∎ Check the operation, maintenance logs book & Check list sheet in the first hour of every duty time, if any critical problem is identified, inform Foreman/Senior Foreman.
∎ When any work is distributed to him by his supervisor to solve the work, take clear conception/understanding about the work from his supervisor. If any problem arises at the time of work, he will inform his supervisor about the problem that arises at the time of work.
∎ Take clear briefings about the working job & their clear understanding about the jobs and take necessary manpower about the job.
∎ He will be able to solve any kind of machinery breakdown of any production, utility section as per after receiving the work request form the following section , if he is not able to solve the problem, must be informed to his supervisor.
∎ He will maintain all records related to his job (Maintenance Sheet, Check list, Log sheet, Lube oil consumption, Spare parts consumption etc.)
∎ To ensure all types of safety and precaution before starting any job.
∎ He will be able to solve any maintenance & troubleshooting work in the refrigeration plant with instruction of his supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Should be eligible to work under pressure and in challenging environment
∎ Should be proactive .
∎ The applicant should have experience in electrical house wiring ,industrial machine wiring and electrical maintenance.
∎ Must have License B/C
