Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Physics, Master of Science (MSc) in Biology, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics, Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ Applicant must have completed O' & A' levels (English Medium Background) or possess IELTS 6.5 minimum certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans and implement effective strategies to develop independent learners and help to progressively challenge learning.
∎ Prepare questions and assessments to appropriately evaluate and promote continuous intellectual development of students.
∎ Teaching and Preparing Students for Cambridge Exams: Deliver engaging and insightful lessons in their respective subjects; preparing students for IGCSE, AS and A Level Examinations.
∎ Mentor, guide and help students and act as a mediator and communicator with parents
∎ Prepare report cards, conduct parent meetings and prioritize the child's best interests.
∎ Student Assessment: Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and guide students on how to improve. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
∎ Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment in the classroom.
∎ Professional Development: Keep abreast of latest teaching methodologies and developments in their respective subject area.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to optimize student learning. Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school activities.
∎ Mentorship: Mentor and provide academic guidance to students. Act as a role model to students, inspiring them to be actively interested in their respective subjects.
∎ Adherence to School Policies: Comply with all school regulations and policies at all times.
∎ Support Extracurricular Activities: Support school activities, clubs, and societies related to their respective subject area.
∎ Reporting: Regularly report to the department head and the principal about students' performance and any issues that arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Applicant with 10 years + of experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Teaching/Training and it should be included in the CV with dates of joining and leaving.
∎ CV's that do not mention work experience will be rejected.
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience with PROOF of track record
∎ Must be able to show teaching aids and previous mock tests/lesson plans
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Rubrics grading system a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy a plus.
∎ Any teacher's training completed is also a plus
