Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements and career pathways.
∎ Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
∎ Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.
∎ Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays and visa applications.Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
∎ Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.
