• Minimum 5 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management.
• Experience in an ISP or Telecommunication company will get preference.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP/Tally).
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Typical store roles emphasize inventory accuracy, documentation, reconciliation, ERP/Excel use, audits, and coordination across departments.

• Maintain and control inventory of networking equipment (OLT, ONU, Router, Switch, Fiber Optic Cable, Accessories, etc.).

• Receive, inspect, and issue materials following company procedures.

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.

• Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly stock reconciliation.

• Prepare GRN, Stock Register, Gate Pass, Challan, and other store documents.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Technical, NOC, and Field Operations teams.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate requisitions when necessary.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and asset tracking.

• Support internal and external audit activities.
