Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed and well-structured user stories and test cases from a technical design document or requirements document or Epics.
∎ Assist in executing the QA project test plan by performing thorough testing on assigned tasks. This includes integration, system, functional and user acceptance testing.
∎ Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Perform different types of testing like Smoke, Functionality, Regression and Exploratory Testing.
∎ Work on Project management tools like JIRA and Redmine.
∎ Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
∎ Develop QA Processes and Procedures to execute exploratory & automated tests to ensure product quality.
∎ Understand client's requirements and determine testing scope.
∎ Determine and define test strategies for all sorts of applications.
∎ Report bugs/defects with appropriate details.
∎ Prepare all sorts of test documents (test plan, test report, release notes, etc.)
∎ Update task status and comments following proper workflow.
∎ Monitor all tasks/issues of a release.
∎ View repository log and understand where any specific modification has been made.
∎ Provide written and verbal status in all sorts of meetings.
∎ Review all sorts of tasks of team members.
∎ Guide and coach team members.
∎ Communicate with Development Lead/ Manager to improve development processes and resolve problems. • Any other task assigned by Development / Technical Teams.
∎ Skill Required: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
∎ Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
∎ Experience with a variety of testing frameworks including Cypress, Jest, Selenium, Appium, Pytest, Junit, Jmeter etc.
∎ Automate test cases to achieve higher efficiency without sacrificing quality
∎ Perform manual testing especially and also perform automated testing of iOS & Android Apps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Hands-on experience with both white box and black-box testing.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML & CSS. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Good to have knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, VPN, SVN and Git
∎ Certification in CMSQ/ISTQB
∎ Excellent problem tracking and communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 70000 (Monthly)
