∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in computer science engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve in biding activities and support bidding team with RFP, Proposal Preparation, pre-bid meeting etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing and prospective client and/or existing client and provide them with support service.
∎ Involve in conducting Customer Training and Training of the Trainers (ToT)
∎ Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
∎ Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development life-cycle.
∎ Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
∎ Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
∎ Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
∎ Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
∎ Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
∎ Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
∎ Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
∎ Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
∎ Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products
∎ Grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting and hiring
∎ Participates and allocates personnel to seminar, workshop, business fair, training in a systematic manner.
∎ Help or participate with the HR recruitment process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience implementing Middleware, with service oriented architecture (SOA) based web services.
∎ Experience with EJB, J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST etc.), JavaBeans, JPA
∎ Experience on Full stack JAVA enterprise level application development, Algorithm and Data Structure.
∎ Good knowledge over Maven, GIT, SVN
∎ Experience over Project Management tools
∎ Depth knowledge on Software design patterns
∎ Must have a good grasp of OOP and design patterns that avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, legibility, testability, and maintainability of code
∎ Must have a good knowledge on RDBMS (Relational Database Management System). Working experience on Oracle/MySQL. Experience in query optimization is desirable
∎ Must be familiar with Linux operating system
∎ Web logic/JBOSS Administration/Troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
∎ Experience in Elastics search.
