Job Responsibilities:
∎ Below are some of the responsibilities a software architect is expected to assume:
∎ Understand, communicate, and enforce the company software architecture strategy
∎ Manage the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
∎ Translate business needs and requirements into technical requirements for software applications
∎ Guide the software development process through the high-level decision making
∎ Define and document application architecture and design
∎ Coach and mentor software engineers, programmers, and other team members
∎ Create and maintain design and code standards
∎ Serve as a technical liaison among project managers, developers, and stakeholders
∎ Create overall project plans and track progress
∎ Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8+ ' years of experience leading software development teams
∎ Prior experience in developing dynamic ERP/SAP systems is a plus point
∎ Knowledge of microservice and multi-tenant architecture, object-oriented and functional programming, and large-scale software design patterns.
∎ Familiarity with frameworks / library such as Go-kit / Go-micro / Django / Spring / Nodejs
∎ Familiarity with software version control systems such as Git / BitBucket / SVN
∎ Familiarity with Database management systems for large-scale applications.
∎ Familiarity with testing frameworks for the respective languages.
∎ Familiarity with software delivery platforms, such as jenkins, docker, git events, or other pipelines.
∎ Experience with the platform of agile software development methodologies: Atlassian’s Jira / Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server (TFS).
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Big-picture problem-solving skills
Salary: Tk. 350000 - 400000 (Monthly)
