Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and interpret site drawings, topographical drawings, construction drawings, rebar drawing and rebar schedules.
∎ Setting out, carry out surveys as and when required.
∎ Be able to use instruments, auto level instruments, lasers.
∎ Ensure works are carried out as per the GFC drawings and specification.
∎ Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.
∎ Provide as built information.
∎ Ensure gangs/manpower are working correctly, implement and maintain permit to dig (excavation) and other relevant permits (Work at heigh, night working, hot works and confined zone working). Assist/have responsibility for the Health and Safety matters on site. Communicate with the Site coordinator/Project manager rest of the site team and assist with the organising of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials / plant required and sub-contract management.
∎ Be able to attend meetings/deal with the sub-contractor/suppliers/inspectors if the QAQC manager/Project manager cannot attend.
∎ Be a point of contact for site supervisors/junior engineers and sub-contractors to assist with the progression of works and carry out any inspections required with any required party. 11. Assist with inputting information/durations to programme of works.
∎ Repairing Work Method Statements and risk assessments.
∎ Be able to organize labour/plant / materials to achieve program dates.
∎ Ensure all Health and Safety matters are carried out/completed and maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication skill in English Language in both written and oral
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ All other benefits will be as per the company policy
