∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your day-to-day office work will not be limited to your job description as given below;
∎ Analyze the BOQ, specifications, design, site condition, other influencing factors
∎ To study of all working drawing for execution construction works at site.
∎ May work with central procurement team in negotiation with local vendors/ contractors and providing site related inputs to them.
∎ To monitor construction works as per working drawing.
∎ To monitor the work of Client's Site Engineers (Two nos. already present at site).
∎ To check the Contractor's bill.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Any other related jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Must be expert in English and computer applications.
∎ Gentle mannered, smart.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
