∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Diploma or Bachelor degree in Food Technology & Biotechnology
∎ Perform routine inspections and sensory evaluations of food products.
∎ Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards·
∎ Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes.
∎ Strong attention to detail and observation skills·
∎ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-temperature environments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications
∎ Monitor all stages of production (dough preparation, baking, cooling, decorating, packaging) to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
∎ To conduct hygiene and sanitation audits in production areas.
∎ To ensure compliance and other relevant food safety and quality standards·
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and inspection reports.
∎ Perform routine inspections and sensory evaluations of bakery and pastry products.·
∎ To analyze quality data and prepare regular reports on trends, deviations, and corrective actions.·
∎ To investigate customer complaints·
∎ Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions·
∎ To propose improvements quality of foods·
∎ To ensure all quality control operations comply with local food safety regulations and standards.
∎ To liaison with govt. agency regarding food related if required
