∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ RUET/ KUET students will get preference. Or any recognized university with related experiences.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all type of mechanical designs, fire-fighting works, HVAC works, VRF/VRV, plumbing & sanitation works and its plant rooms, STP, WTP and swimming pool equipment's works, etc. for all on-going/industrial/residential/high-rise/ mega projects of the company.
∎ Preparing and implementing for all project plans, and coordinate with all consultants/contractors for design-related issues and resolve thru RFI's.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing all health, safety & environment (HSE) procedures and regulatory compliance.
∎ Organize, planning and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works as per approved design and drawings and also ensure the quality of works as per the technical specifications at the site.
∎ Verification of all types of Mechanical and Plumbing equipment's installations and commissioning according to the drawings.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for joint measurements with contractors for all the works and forward the same to the Head of Construction for further necessary actions.
∎ Issuing NCR as and when any deviations/variations occur to the approved design and drawings, technical specifications and codes.
∎ Co-ordination and maintenance of all types of MEP works and prepare maintenance programs.
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Revit MEP, MATLAB, FEA, Navis and other related software/ applications.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure and under pressure.
