Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with design intent and client expectations.
∎ Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost control.
∎ Supervise site execution, ensuring quality workmanship, proper material usage, and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications to guide on-site execution.
∎ Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials meet design specifications and project requirements.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections, identify challenges, and implement solutions to maintain progress.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
∎ Train and mentor junior engineers and site teams for improved efficiency and project execution.
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and quality checklists.
