Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising of all construction works at site by attending the workplace during the job execution to meet the expected quality.
∎ Implementing the work as per work program and give necessary instructions accordingly.
∎ Preparing work program and achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Selection and recruitment of highly skilled workforce for the construction site.
∎ Selection of contractor, quotation collection and proper negotiation for all types of works.
∎ Ensure retention of best workforce as well as quality materials at site.
∎ Checking and ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
∎ Ensure optimum work progress everyday.
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of works at site.
∎ Ensure high quality of constructions and on-time delivery.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge in quality control, safety, security and project management system of construction works.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor in compliance with Building Codes, Safety Codes and other regulations.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawing.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong team-playing skills.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Preference: Preference will be given to those who have experiences in steel structure building manufacturing company.
∎ Should have experience in the following areas: Construction Firms, Real Estate, Developer company etc.
