Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years Paramedic course completed BUT 03 years Medical Assistant Course from any Govt MATS preferable;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Paramedic has to perform the following responsibilities: Responsible for rendering CAC/MR/MRM (up to 8 weeks) and post MR, PAC under the guidance of medical coordinator;
∎ Responsible for providing quality SRH services particularly, to the marginalized women and children with FP, ANC /PNC, EPI, and general health services;
∎ Effective coordination between clinic and community, also identify prevailing potential problems, and help to take necessary action in consultation with the Medical Coordinator;
∎ Responsible to provide services to both static and satellite clinics and participate in special event to be held on different occasions;
∎ Provide Counseling supports to the clients following findings of pelvic examination or physical examination and keep constant follow-up;
∎ Conduct Adolescent School Health Sessions and services in collaboration with Medical Officer and Community Program Organizer;
∎ Record, maintain and assist to prepare the MIS report as required;
∎ Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment;
∎ Arrange referral for patients requiring services not offered at BWHC center;
∎ Participate in peer review, quality assurance, provider meetings, and other clinical meetings and outside medical public relations functions.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and the respective authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in MR Service
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years practical experience.
∎ (availability of suitable candidate, may be appointed earlier)

Salary:
∎ Salary -10,000/ per month (higher salary may be offered for extra-ordinary candidate);
