Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review other related documents as such Mushak- 6.2, Mushak- 6.3, Mushak- 6.4, Mushak- 6.6, Mushak- 6.10 with raw material, finished goods. VAT refund for application & possessing VAT division & VAT commissioner officer Improve Liaison with VAT regulators Maintain VAT software Processing communication with Accounts & VAT department of Head Office Report weekly, monthly, yearly report as per require management and customs office Preparation of documentation as per required VAT audit and others VAT authority Daily VAT and rebate statement. Acting as Head of VAT, Tax & Customs for overall monitoring and coordinating VAT, Tax & Customs related activities of the One Direction Group for implementation, compliance, and planning of VAT, Tax & Customs Act. Preparing and maintaining all VAT, Tax and customs returns and related issues (e.g. hearing to appeal, tribunal for assessment) of One Direction Group. Calculating and deducting of VAT & Tax at source and issuance of the certificate thereon; Reconciliation of VAT & Tax demanded and adjustment of VDS, TDS and AIT, AT, Increase/decreasing adjustment in the books of accounts; Responsible for VAT, Cash Incentive & DEDO related all activities of One Direction Group; Monitoring and maintaining Tax deduction from the salary of staff as well as helping staff submit Tax returns and collection of Tax certificates; Preparing & submitting monthly VAT return (9.1), Monthly Withholding TDS return, and Yearly Employee TDS Return within the designated timeline; Ensuring sources TDS and VDS duly comply with all transactions of the group as per ITA-2923 & VAT and Supplementary Duties Act 2012; Monitoring and guiding VAT staff for smooth operations e.g., 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6 6.7, 6.8 etc.; Keeping liaisons with VAT, Tax & Customs Circle/Division Office, Zone/Headhunter, NBR to solve the barriers related to Company Customs, VAT & Tax issues; Preparing, submitting and duly assessing both individual (Directors and other senior management) and company tax assessment as per Income Tax Act 2023; Preparing and maintaining documentation necessary for VAT/Tax/Customs audits, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Any other job assigned by honorable management.
