Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the procurement of all kinds of materials required for the Company.
∎ Devise and use fruitful strategies in procurement operations
∎ Drive negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
∎ Analyze & compare information about supplier performance and price
∎ Initiate local procurement operations within the time frame.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness
∎ Analyze the data and submit report to line manager and coordinate on documentation purposes
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to achieve company targets (e.g., Sales, Bid Management, Technology, Project Management, Finance)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Apps
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills,
∎ Cognitive skills
∎ Collaborative mindset
∎ Ability to work under pressure
