Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle the store department independently to ensure stock Planning, all control procedures are strictly followed in its operational level to maintain of Melamine store efficiently and effectively
∎ Check & supervise the daily raw material & Finished Goods receiving & issuing as per batch
∎ Maintain all required documents related with materials movement and report to the concern department heads in timely manner
∎ Reduce wastage by maintaining a proper inventory system.
∎ Prepare consumption report, fast moving and slow-moving inventory report for management
∎ Able to receive inventory in the software system in addition to excel sheet.
∎ Use of Bin Card in every item.
∎ Liaison with respective department, sales and Accounts department for internal reconciliation at the day end, month end and year-end .
∎ Monitor the MRR, delivery challan and gate pass to strengthen internal control system.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level in the store to reduce holding cost of inventory.
∎ Plan & organize strategic arrangement of managing store space for wide range of inventory items.
∎ Prepare stock report at day end, month end and year closing for monthly and yearly Accounts
∎ Ensure safety, quality & compliance activities are done in workplace.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management
