Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and monitor inventory levels, including consumables, disposables, stationery, and linen.
∎ Regularly check and follow up on expired items.
∎ Prepare and process purchase requisitions (daily and monthly) for hospital supplies.
∎ Liaise with the procurement department to create item codes for new products.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
∎ Oversee internal store requisitions, patient-wise consumables issuance, and returns.
∎ Prepare monthly consumption reports for the internal store.
∎ Generate department-wise and floor-wise inventory usage reports.
∎ Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in the system.
∎ Follow up on pending GRNs and internal issues received by users.
∎ Assist with patient consumables clearance and urgent item procurement.
∎ Manage scrap selling processes and gate pass approvals.
