∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to run all types procurement activity of RRP Pharmaceutical, confirming GMP regulations.
∎ Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
∎ Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
∎ Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Review all venders and suppliers.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data.
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
∎ Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
∎ Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s) in Procurement/Purchase/PPIC Department
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
