∎ M Pharm/ B Pharm from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to run the Product Development Department of RRP Pharmaceutical plant, confirming GMP regulations.
∎ Thorough knowledge in Formulation development of different dosage form;
∎ To develop formulation and manufacturing process of new products.
∎ To develop formulation & manufacturing process and coordination of Pilot Lab batch manufacturing for stability study & find out critical process parameters.
∎ Have depth knowledge in process optimization and validation; Perform Formulation development and process validation activities of different types of dosage form;
∎ Development platform generation through new project generation, keeping track of ongoing projects, and hunting new development opportunities through various gap analyses.
∎ Prepare SOPs, Product brief, Annexure, recipe & submission of DTL sample of new products.
∎ Manufacturing of PV batches. Prepare of PV Protocol, BMR, BPR, PV report and others formulation related documents.
∎ Manufacturing Lab scale batches for process improvement, quality improvement & new sources development;
∎ Prepare stability protocols, finished specifications, process validation protocols, product development report and SOP etc.;
∎ Manufacturing of scale-up /submission/validation batches in coordination with other departments;
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation (records and lab notebook) for all processes, observations and results as per SOPs and test methods;
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) in Formulation Development & Trouble-shooting of various pharmaceuticals dosage forms.
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
