∎ M Pharm from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to run the Quality Control Laboratory of RRP Pharmaceutical plant, confirming GMP regulations.
∎ • To perform sampling of raw material according to approved SOP. Performs analysis of all laboratory samples including raw material, in-process, finished products, purified water, cleaning validation and stability samples using analytical instruments and established analytical procedures and techniques.
∎ Complete analytical reports and submit for approval once analysis is completed. Record the results and maintained of the raw data in the laboratory note book.
∎ Carryout analytical activities related to analytical method development/validation for assay, related substances, dissolution and cleaning method.
∎ Prepare, execute and complete IQ/OQ/PQ of new instruments. Periodical calibration of all the instruments as per SOP.
∎ To prepare Standard Testing Procedure/Standard Operating Procedure as and when necessary. Preparing specifications for all raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates and solvents, and reagents used in analyses.
∎ Able to run QC analytical instruments (HPLC, DT, FTIR, Dissolution, UV, GC, TOC & AAS etc.) and have knowledge in GLP and GMP.
∎ To prepare Volumetric and Test Solution and maintain their record accordingly.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
