Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety Management system of the entire factory premises.
∎ Ensure compliance regarding fire issues.
∎ Have sound knowledge on Building & Fire Safety Standards of Accord, Alliance, BNBC, and NFPA & Fire Service Rules.
∎ Capability of Understanding, Designing & Implementing Fire Separation, Fire Detection & Fire Protection System / drawing according to the rules of BNBC and NFPA standard (As per Accord/Alliance requirements)
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production areas and make sure a free & unblock evacuation for all employees.
∎ Train up firefighting team members on Fire Fighting, Rescue and First Aid on demonstration basis to make them understand.
∎ Must have basic knowledge of installation and maintenance of PA system, Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System.
∎ Regular inspection of fire equipment's as per required by the local/international law Standard.
∎ Ensure that all Fireman and firefighters are in the right order & Place and perform their duties properly.
∎ Conduct regular fire and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees of any emergency incident according to local law and buyer requirements.
∎ To perform any kind of legal assignments given by the Management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Transparent in information and provide report to the management regarding fire system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Knowledge of NFPA, BNBC standards.
∎ Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
∎ Technical writing skills including standards documentation and record keeping.
∎ Able to face the technical audit.
∎ Excellent communication and client management skill.
∎ Excellent knowledge about NFPA-10,13,14,20,22,25, 51B,72,80,101, BNBC-2006 & 2021,
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office package.
Salary: Negotiable
