∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Goods Received note (GRN) Spare parts in Bag Plant.
∎ Store Requisition(SR) in SAP
∎ Create Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP.
∎ Create new item code in SAP.
∎ Check the daily materials receiving issuing statement.
∎ Prepare the costing report of consumables & spare according to the budget in month basis.
∎ Stock list of raw materials important spare & consumptions report by using online computer software for sending head office & commercial office.
∎ Maintain the numeracy register, ledger & BIN card by using computer software.
∎ Release purchase requisition in SAP.
∎ Maintain inventory report al kind of parts & materials monthly & yearly.
∎ All kind of bill process by system application product (SAP).
∎ Daily bag delivery by system application product (SAP).
∎ Complete bag bill weekly.
∎ Prepared LC Documents & maintain the necessary communication with commercial office.
∎ Material uploading system by system application product(SAP).
∎ Out bound received.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ To be know the work of ERP/SAP Software.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
