∎ Minimum second class or equivalent Honors and Masters Degree from any reputed University (No third class at any level)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preservation of the academic records of students, examination schedules, attendance and results by using electronic data systems to ensure efficient & effective management.
∎ Preparation and distribution of date & program wise answer scripts to the Department/Faculty.
∎ Collection of grade sheet to calculate the student's performances and update through software.
∎ Dissemination of information to academic staff and students to ensure that they are aware of and comply with examination procedures and regulation.
∎ Analyze information's received from the examining boards and take follow up action to ensure that the University Complies with new or revised requirements.
∎ Maintenance of an excellent working relationship with Faculty members and be responsible to them for the documentation of their supplied information.
∎ Checking and verifying official transcripts, Original certificates, Provisional certificates', Migration Certificates, Degree Equivalent Certificates, CGPA Equivalent Certificates.
∎ Coordinate Academic Council and specific examining committee requirements to ensure effective implementation and compliance.
∎ Problem Shooting related to students for all the programs.
∎ The incumbent must have proficient knowledge both in English and Bengali qand proven computer skill in Ms Word, MS Excel and MS Power point.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants must have at least 5 year(s) experience in the relevant field.
Salary:
∎ According to EBAUB Pay scale.
