Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare all kinds of Export/ Import L/C'S ( Cash , Back to Back , UPAS, EDF ) documentation as well as all kind of commercial documentation.
∎ Highly skilled to Liaison with concern authorities to ensure all types of regulatory License / Certificates ( Such as IRC, ERC, Acid License , BIDA / EPB enrollment , DOE clearance , Fire License , Labour Office , BTMA Membership certificate etc.).
∎ Ensure all regulatory formalities relating to export /Import.
∎ To follow up timely shipment as per L/C and ensure document submission in time.
∎ To ensure Party acceptance as well as Bank Maturity and Payment Realization.
∎ Follow up and ensure Cash Incentive Claim submission on Time and Liaison with Bangladesh Bank for Fund collection.
∎ Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with high officials relating to our Business.
∎ Develop operational process and arrange deliveries / shipments/ Documentations in time.
∎ Follow up import indent as per requirement of respective department on the basis of lead time.
∎ Liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum Stock Level of Raw Material for Smooth Production.
∎ Liaison with various Local and Foreign vendors/suppliers for Raw material /Spares /Machinery and make C.S and placed to Management for decision making.
∎ Coordinate with C&F, Shipping Line/ Freight Forwarder, Transport and other concern related to clear the consignment from Port on time.
∎ Ensure to keep record and prepare all types of Statement relating to Export / Import and any other if necessary.
∎ Monitoring Delivery from Port as per factory urgency.
∎ Negotiation with buyers for commercial issues like L/C clause, VAT, Payment, acceptance etc.
∎ Monitoring to release indemnity in time under SRO facility.
∎ Monitoring customs bond related work & solve.
∎ Bangladesh Bank work regarding FC Loans, EDF loan extension, Cash incentive fund collection.
∎ Monitoring everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of cash L.C and term loan.
∎ Monitoring insurance policy and insurance claim.
∎ Take training to the field force and entrepreneur who wants to acknowledge about export.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no.600.
∎ Experiences in working with 100% Export Oriented Textile Industries will be treated as an added advantage.
