Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring construction activities to maintain system consistency.
∎ Ensuring construction activities matches with drawings and specifications.
∎ Must have knowledge in Structure design & Draft making with Auto Cad.
∎ Approximation of any kinds of Civil Work.
∎ Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards, and interpreting specifications, plans, construction methods and procedures.
∎ Must have knowledge to exclusive Residential Building design, commercial, Rules of RAJUK.
∎ Computer proficiency, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Render & Photoshop.
∎ Supervises and lead a team or any other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max,V-Ray.
∎ Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle team, Problem-solving and Decision-making.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
