Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical engineering from any reputed institute.
∎ Skills Required: Chemical Process Plant, Process Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Coating Line, Color Recipe, Masterbatch
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare background color of any design with the basic color.
∎ To prepare sample from the provided Ai file in screen printing or Digital printing Machine.
∎ To troubleshoot the problems occurring in production line.
∎ To optimize and troubleshoot Master batch compounding process.
∎ To provide fast response to the requirements from R&I and Production team.
∎ To maintain color recipe and save approved document for further references.
∎ Testing RM & finished product to ensure compatibility in production line.
∎ To set machine parameters for screen printing and digital printing to meet production demand.
∎ Regularly production floor visiting and checking machine parameter.
∎ Collection data from floor for BOM review and process & product standardization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience on working with ink/pigment and color recipes.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on printing on different types of material like Glass, ABS etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Organic and inorganic ink.
∎ Should have good command on ink curing, different types of testing device operation like cross cut test.
∎ Strong technical understanding and experience in masterbatch formulation related to color-matching equipment and processes, raw materials, and plastic processing / extrusion processes
∎ Excellent color vision and discretion.
∎ Applicant should be capable of working simultaneously on project.
