Additional Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry from any recognized Institute/University.
3 to 7 years working experience in an established commercial Poultry Farm.
Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all areas of poultry farm operations.
Hands-on expertise in shed preparation, brooding, vaccination, body weight control, flock uniformity, feed allocation, and laying management.
Ability to diagnose and manage poultry diseases in coordination with diagnostic laboratories.
Willingness to work and reside at farm stations anywhere in Bangladesh.
Designation (Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager) will be decided based on experience and interview evaluation.

Positions Offered: Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager (Designation determined based on experience and interview evaluation).
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to plan and organize all poultry farm activities with the ability to implement the highest standard of animal husbandry.
To oversee and take care of farm management: shed/house preparation, ensure proper brooding, vaccination schedules, body weight control, flock uniformity, feed allocation, light stimulation, and laying management.
To maintain farm administration and ensure proper biosecurity related to flock health and hygiene.
Identify, diagnose, and manage poultry diseases in coordination with diagnostic laboratories, ensuring appropriate treatment and disease control measures.
Managing daily farm operations to consistently meet production and growth targets.
Increase production efficiency and reduce any losses, mortality, and accidents.
Ability to reduce production costs through sincere supervision and operational effort.
To understand and maintain sound knowledge on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all areas of poultry operation.
Ability to prepare all technical reports, flock performance records, and any other responsibilities assigned by management.
