Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience with any developer/construction-related (Real Estate) company.
∎ Develop and implement administrative strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's culture.
∎ Direct and monitor unit Administration support services to ensure that services are effective, employee oriented and efficient to support smooth operations. Example of services are office management, housekeeping, canteen, security, transportation, event management etc.
∎ Liaison with Local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
∎ Prepare different types of office notices, meeting minutes and letters.
∎ Managing Ensuring office management including the offices of the top management;
∎ Contributing to the preparation of any contract, deed, important correspondences, etc.
∎ Maintaining correspondences with Embassy, Immigration & Passport office;
∎ Online & manual visa processing (All countries);
∎ Ensure smooth VIP protocol at airport for board directors & buyers.
∎ Arrange visa, tickets, hotel booking, transport arrangement for board directors & expatriate.
∎ Responsible for processing all kinds of corporate foreign travel;
∎ Domestic & international air ticketing;
∎ Hotel reservation (Domestic & International);
∎ Negotiating and liaising with external travel agents if needed;
∎ Liaising with Government and Non-Government agencies;
∎ Ensure permit, visa, SB, NSI, clearance for foreigners.
∎ Performing activities outside the office related to administration;
∎ Maintaining and updating all the documents time to time;
∎ Supervising the day-to-day activities of cleaner & office assistant;
∎ Planning, control & supervision of head office transport management;
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent command over English (Both oral and written);
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Good communication skill;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
