Job Context:
∎ Senior Medical Promotion Officer`s primary job is to process sale orders & distribute by promoting Allopathic/ Unani medicines to potential customers. Customers of pharmaceutical medicines are respected Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Staffs, Pharmacists & Chemists.
∎ Senior Medical Promotion Officer must be able to increase product awareness whether by product detailing or by competitive comparison, answer related queries & provide informative advice. Medical Promotion Officer must always act as a service provider to related customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At Millat Pharmaceuticals Limited. Senior Medical Promotion Officer must be able to perform the following responsibilities regularly without any supervision, guidance or help:
∎ Visit his/her pre-set marketing & selling Territories/Bazars/Pharmacy-Points by organizing appointments and meeting with Community, General, Specialized Hospital & Healthcare Staffs, Doctors, Pharmacists, & Chemists regularly;
∎ Keep-up with the latest clinical data by internet browsing and interpret, present and discuss data with all healthcare professionals if/when presentation is required;
∎ Search out knowledge of new development in the national health service, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy if/when accordingly;
∎ Develop networking skills with all related healthcare professionals who must perceive MPL's MPO as reliable source for related services;
∎ Contact different chemist shops and institutions regularly to build relationships to achieve assigned monthly sales & collection target;
∎ Distribute medicines of prior day sales orders, procure new sales orders making sure to collect on dues regularly;
∎ Keeping ledger based data of all transaction with customer detail information making sure to provide balanced report if/when asked by head-office;
∎ Maintains medicine distribution in accordance to company policy;
∎ Achieve monthly targets;
∎ Deposit market collection on a daily basis;
∎ Zero-out any and all outstanding before collecting any benefits;
∎ Attend monthly closing meeting regularly & submit all supporting documents as to day to day activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years in any pharmaceuticals company as sales representative.
∎ Skills Required: Selling skill, Good presentation, Good communication
∎ Well groomed, presentable
Salary: Tk. 17500 - 22500 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA/ DA Range: TK 6500 to TK 9000
∎ Mobile Bill: TK 600 to TK 1000
∎ Monthly Sales Incentive
