∎ Professional degree in supply chain i.e., CSCM/CPLM/PGDSCM/CIPS would be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Data Management and Analysis, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Persistent and resultsoriented, Reporting and Presentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall supply and demand planning, procurement and inventory planning for the thread business.
∎ Assist head of supply chain in designing and structuring the supply chain functions.
∎ Guide raw materials (Greige yarns, Dyes & Chemical, Make-up) planning.
∎ Lead & guide production planning and scheduling team to meet customer orders by improving manufacturing lead time & sales order lead time.
∎ Oversee the procurement functions in accordance with the central procurement team.
∎ Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential suppliers and vendors to cover up any kind of material demand.
∎ Lead & guide customer service team as per required service by the company.
∎ Lead and stream lining UD-UP related bond & customs activities of Eco Threads Limited.
∎ Take initiatives to meet the assigned KPI of Inventory Management, Warehousing & Distribution.
∎ Implementation of Oracle inventory management, procurement & sourcing module, order management, process management, etc.
∎ Assist head of supply chain to develop departmental S&OP, supply chain capacity assessment and service delivery requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10-15 years of experience in supply chain and in addition at least 4/5 years' experience in managerial role.
∎ Thorough working experience with SAP/Oracle/ERP implementation.
∎ In depth ERP PP, SD & MM Module (SAP/Oracle) knowledge, at least as power user level.
