Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be always in close contact of The Managing Director.
∎ To accompany The Managing Director as per his Movement Schedule.
∎ To maintain Movement Schedule of The Managing Director and apprise him well in advance.
∎ To have control over all the personal staff (Peon, Driver, Escort, Protocol Staff etc.) of The Managing Director and direct them efficiently for the comfort of The Managing Director.
∎ To Receive and See off of The Managing Director at office.
∎ To Receive and See Off of The Chairman, Managing Directors and their Family Members at Airport on their departure and arrival.
∎ To coordinate, liaison and visit different organization as well as respectable persons on behalf of The managing Director.
∎ To check all sorts of Files and Documents and write Staff Note (if required) before submitting to the Managing Director.
∎ To be overall in charge and responsible for all the activities of MD’s Secretariat.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years practical job experience as Staff Officer of Top Level Management of Very Senior Officer of Defense Services. However, for suitable candidates, experience of 5 years may be relaxed.
∎ The Candidates must be Retired Defense Officer of the Rank of Captain/ Major/equivalent or below. The Retired Airforce Officer having practical working experience of Protocol duty will get preference.
