Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Finalization of specification of Electrical Sub Station, lift, Generator, Boiler, Air conditioning system, Fire hydrant etc as per code, quotation collection and negotiation with the supplier's regarding Price & quality and prepare work order.
∎ • Monitoring of all works of Electrical Licensing Board inspection and receiving clearance Certificate from ELB.
∎ • Dealing with the concern authority of DPDC, DESCO, and PDB for finalization of HT line extension, Demand note issue, meter testing and permanent HT connection etc with entire responsibility.
∎ • Ensure solar connection with specified load and arrange inspection by ESCO/DPDC/PDB authority & making a positive report.
∎ • Dealing with Fire Service & Civil Defense Department in connection with Fire clearance certificate.
∎ • Review of case study & comments on load calculation w.r.t. sub-station, generator & Boiler capacity.
∎ • Generator & Boiler capacity confirmation through sales & marketing and ESD.
∎ • Architectural & Electro- Mechanical drawing reviewing (if required).
∎ • Preparation & some cases reviewing of specification of Electro-Mechanical equipment & services.
∎ • Drawings/layout/ estimation of temporary power and other execution of Temporary/Site electrification works.
∎ • Sufficient precautionary & safety measures pre & post works/operation of all electro-mechanical equipment & services.
∎ • Active role in the selection process of electro-mechanical consultant(s) & Vendor(s)/Suppliers/ Contractors and compute the works as per specified time.
∎ • Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning works of Generator, Boiler, lift, Air Conditioning system, Fire hydrant, Fire alarm, CCTV based security system, Public Announcement system etc.
∎ • Repaired and maintained efficiently and effectively and in a manner to comply with adopted policy as well meets the local standards.
∎ • Develops, recommends, implements and updates standard operating procedures to economize operations in the repair and maintenance of facilities while increasing productivity.
∎ • Develops, recommends and implements procedures to increase productivity and efficiency of personnel and facilities.
∎ • Monitors utilities services contracts to ensure compliance and effective performance.
∎ • Conducts studies and oversees the implementation of mandated environmental reports such as periodic audits, leak detection surveys, backflow cross/connection plan and water quality reports.
∎ • Recommends and oversees the implementation of the division annual work plan and projects plans for water and wastewater facilities and systems.
∎ • Oversees dissemination, accountability and the proper stockage level for equipment, materials, supplies, and vehicles.
∎ • Coordinates the modification and improvement of facilities and systems to increase efficiency while reducing operating costs.
∎ • Oversees loss control and prevention, safety programs, and organizational training and cross-training to increase technical skills and knowledge to result in increased productivity and performance
∎ • Train and managing supervisors.
∎ • Emergency situations responsibility.
∎ • Any other duties assigned by the Project Management.
∎ • All electro-mechanical drawing study and implementation in all project.
∎ • Dealing with all related department for getting job done on time.
∎ • Supervision & monitoring all types of electro-mechanical works & installation and maintenance works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experiences in a reputed textile industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the Yarn Dyeing Dept. in aTextile Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality & be result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Strong track record in managing an Dyeing Department in a competitive and high performance organization;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic & have good personality and integrity, possess high level of correspondence and analytical ability;
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self driven, self motivated and will deliver the best to the Company;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivation skills.
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used Microsoft Office.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

• Good communication and managerial skill.
