∎ Minimum 15 years in marketing/sales of pharmaceutical machinery or related capital equipment.
∎ Prior experience in an indenting or engineering trading company is highly preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant equipment and regulatory requirements.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools.
∎ Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
∎ Strong network with Bangladeshi pharmaceutical companies is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Led the marketing and sales of pharmaceutical production machinery and utility systems, including HVAC, cleanroom solutions, cleanroom equipment, Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), and Pure Steam (PS) systems.
∎ Identify, approach, and build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers across Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate with international principals for technical proposals, quotations, and project execution.
∎ Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients, consultants, and engineering teams.
∎ Represent the company in local and international exhibitions (Asia Pharma Expo, CPHI, CIPM, etc.).
∎ Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans to achieve business targets.
∎ Supervise junior team members and support in project coordination and after-sales service.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (with field visits across the country).
