Job Context:
∎ Confidence Cement Dhaka Ltd is looking for a Senior Manager - Mechanical.
∎ It is a factory based job. Job Location-Danga, Norshindi.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mechanical In charge for installation of VRM- Cement Plant.
∎ Lead the mechanical team and provide direction to achieve the target of project schedule.
∎ Assist concern department to prepare project schedule & other plans.
∎ Track project progress & cost incurred by visiting the project.
∎ Coordinating with related department, contractors, vendor, supplier, consultant for implementation the equipment erection & maintenance works;
∎ Ensure the quality of mechanical works of the projects as per design & drawing.
∎ Responsible for the smooth start-up and commissioning of all the Electro- Mechanical Equipment
∎ Perform engineering assignments related to design and analysis.
∎ Responsible for preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, over all maintenance of Plant & Equipment to ensure efficient operations of the plants.
∎ Implement new systems and upgrade existing processes and facilities as per required norms.
∎ Co-ordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, production operation engineering team and related technical teams to identify, defines, and solves departmental or technical problems.
∎ Liaison with professional service provider (Architects, Structure engineer, Contractors, Consultants etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years’ experience on Erection & Maintenance in Cement Industries
∎ Experience required in Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management.
∎ Must have experience in VRM Installation & maintenance.
∎ Practical Experience in VRM- Cement Plant Erection & Commissioning.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to work hard in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
