Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition of Companies requirement.
∎ Ensure the proper storage of all Raw Materials, Chemicals, Refectory items, Mechanical, Electrical equipments and spare parts, etc.
∎ Maintain daily all types of planning, communication and discussion support with purchase department for user department requirement/priority basis materials collection/ purchase.
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time.
∎ Monthly foreign & local pending requirement check, discussion with all department, planning & indent prepare as per standard procedure.
∎ Monitoring key performance indicator (KPI), identifying sources of major losses related to stores items, generating project ideas and implementing improvement projects.
∎ Prepare daily imported Materials (Raw Materials, Chemical & Refectory Item) consumption and four month stock report & forward it to H/O.
∎ Be conversant with storage system and accountability and supervise the subordinates in their duties.
∎ Supervising & controlling the activities of team Members.
∎ Overall Supervision and control with regards to store function.
∎ Planning, monitoring and controlling the inventory management.
∎ Any other duties directed by superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Good communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to work under pressure & modern inventory software operating.
∎ Sound knowledge of store management system, capable of performing day to day operation of store department.
∎ Proper knowledge of inventory management (Oracle ERP).
∎ Should have knowledge in modern Ledger Management system.
