Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
∎ Oversee the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
∎ Ensure timely and effective response to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
∎ Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions.
∎ Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
∎ Monitor and control maintenance expenses, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
∎ Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and best practices.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures and standards.
