Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Prior experience in the Engineering/Construction Sector’s;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in Civil Engineering/Construction Business;
∎ Ability to understand Government development plan and project concept development;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
∎ Japanese language skill: N2/N1 level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals.
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning costeffective operations and market development activities.
∎ Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position.
∎ Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
∎ Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
