Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Private/Public University.

∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ At least 25 year(s) prior experience in the Engineering/Construction Sector’s;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in Civil Engineering/Construction Business;
∎ Ability to understand Government development plan and project concept development;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination in the Construction Project management, understanding the requirement of clients and developing projects accordingly, coordination with the foreign clients and facilitating the in-house engineering teams;
∎ Construction project supervision (proposal, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control);
∎ Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others), must be good at understanding drawings and designs;
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
∎ Japanese language skill: N2/N1 level.
