Education:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Private/Public University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 50 to 70 years;
∎ Prior experience in the Engineering/Construction Sector’s;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in the monitoring/supervising strategic and business plans in Civil Engineering/Construction Projects/Business;
∎ Ability to understand Government development plan and project concept development;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
∎ Japanese language skill: N2/N1 level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the Construction Project management, understanding the requirement of clients and developing projects accordingly, coordination with the foreign clients and facilitating the in-house engineering teams;·
∎ Management of construction project (proposal, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control);
∎ Communicate and report to JDC Corporation, Head Office (Japan) about ongoing or prospective construction/ODA/JICA projects;
∎ Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
