∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Electrical Engineering from any Public University or reputed Private Universities.

∎ Candidate should have a 3-5 Years experience with EPC Contractor or Directly with a company Developing Renewable Projects on wide scale.
∎ Essential requirement that candidate posses’ strong communication with Ministry of Power and have the knowledge for follow up the Solar and Wind Proposal submitted to the Power ministry and BPDB.
∎ Candidate should have a very good communication in English and Bangla and any other Language will be added advantage.
∎ Technical Background in Managing Solar/Wind projects will be added value.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong experience from a reputable EPC or Renewable Projects Developers with the ability to manage all the assigned tasks for Solar Projects throughout its life cycle and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility scale/ industrial solar plants. He should also have knowledge of solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations.
∎ Very Strong knowledge with Government Bodies to Maintain liaison and able to develop relationship with government officials of relevant government like MOP/ EMR/ BPDB/ PGCB/ REB/ NESCO/ etc.
∎ Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents (including terms and conditions), in line with project requirements.
∎ Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
∎ Preparation project Feasibility Report/ Detailed Project Report, Technical Specification, Bid evaluation.
∎ Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation; Complete electrical and structural designs for Solar/photovoltaic projects·
∎ Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, Solar charge controller, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, SCADA systems etc.
∎ Maintain documentations related task to all ongoing project. ·
∎ Understand solar resource data and use it to conduct feasibility study technology evaluation.
∎ Prepare basic engineering details and data sheet based for order received as per proposal commitments and specification. Prepare technical documentation for detailed project report and support peer review before submission.
∎ Experience in Preparation of presentation for the technical meetings.
∎ Create and distribute RFPs to potential EPC Contractors, establish evaluation metrics, and select winning proposals.
∎ Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors' work in all phases.
∎ Communicate with utilities and authority having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues.
∎ Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
∎ Responsible to monitor & follow-up the project cost and productivity.
