Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Limited (Business Acquisition Team) is looking for civil engineer with 10+ years of experience for the position of Senior Manager - Contract & Project Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
∎ Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry regulations.
∎ Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
∎ Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
∎ Training, supervising and managing the contract team.
∎ Maintaining, updating and improving contractual records.
∎ Preparing the Budget & analyzing the project cost at different stages
∎ Comparing the Budget and Cost of specific project work.
∎ Preparation of different reports as per requirement.
∎ Checking proper management of Store & MIS.
∎ Coordination between client, external JV partner & project execution team
∎ Frequent site visit as an internal auditor to improve the project work.
∎ Monitor effective utilization of company resources.
∎ Preparation of Variation Proposal for Non BOQ Items or BOO Items considered as
∎ Variations with Rate Analysis.
∎ Monitoring the works as per work program / PTS.
∎ Arrange weekly & monthly meeting regarding project.
∎ Collecting all documents from execution team as per requirement.
∎ Checking & analyzing the revenue plan with actual achievement.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Business reports, Profit & Loss Summary Report and other reports as per managements instruction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Ability to formulate Strategy, Policy & Plan.
∎ Must have experience in large scale project construction works for at least 10 years.
∎ Experience with working across a complex project delivery cycle.
∎ The candidate must have a clear concept regarding understanding the civil design, steel detailing & requirements represented in drawings.
∎ Proficiency in MS Project is a must, P6 will be advantageous.
∎ Should have excellent skills with quick estimation, AutoCAD (Civil), MS package (Excel, Word & Power Point, Project), (Data analysis and report preparation) etc.
∎ Knowledge on Project Management, Revenue plan, Accounts, Finance, Budget, Cost, Business development, Performance management, Tender participation & evaluation, Compliance issues related to business, Teamwork software for Project Time Schedule (PTS)/ERP
∎ Adequate skill is required to drive a team as a team leader to achieve collective goals.
