∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent client communication skills and professionalism
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ Must be able to work outdoor and in odd hours.
∎ Must have finishing material knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and strategize plans for new business opportunities
∎ Create market and achieve target to ensure revenue generation through interior solution
∎ Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality modification/ interior work
∎ Budget preparation and follow up for modification/ interior work as per requirement of the clients
∎ To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
∎ Checking contractor’s bill for additional work
∎ Visit sites with clients upon requirement
∎ Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
∎ Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with the superiors for the professional feedback
