Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA is Business Administration or Masters in Supply Chain Management from reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Forecasting, Inventory management, Planning, Raw material planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to perform Supply Chain Planning considering the SCOR Model of SCM.
∎ Have Intensive working experience in various SCM functions.
∎ Preparing production planning, Procurement Planning, Warehouse Planning & Distribution Planning against Sales Forecast.
∎ Analyze variance against planning.
∎ Coordinating S&OP management through cross functional workouts.
∎ Considering current processes, determine methods for improvement with regard to cutting costs, controlling and replenishing inventory, and shipping products.
∎ Develop a comprehensive capacity plan in line with the long-term strategy of the group.
∎ Identify SCM functional Risks, Prepare Risk Register, Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios
∎ Maintain complete list of all company's SKUs and their characteristics, categories as well as constantly update this list.
∎ Be aware of the number of new items that come from replenishment orders, and should know which items are either low in stock or overstock.
∎ Identifying cost-effective and efficient suppliers through supplier performance evaluation.
∎ Hands on functional expertise of material management, analytical expertise such as-ABC, VED, FSN, SED, XYZ analysis.
∎ Hands on experience of ERP as SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics or any inventory management tools.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Item/material master data management in ERP.
∎ Contribute in stocktaking and warehouse stock counting Virtual Vs Physical.
∎ Use technological tools and internal data to generate reports that detail efficiencies as well as areas needing improvement

∎ Highly organized individual, able to multi-task and manage demanding projects and deadlines.
∎ An excellent communicator with a technical aptitude.
∎ Ability to use spreadsheets, database and other IT programs
∎ Ability to self-manage and self-motivate; forward thinking.
∎ Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-departmentally to drive a project to completion within project budget and timeline.
∎ Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder based on situations.
∎ Agility, risk management and strong communication skills are key for success in this role
