Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing post-handover maintenance services to ensure the sustained satisfaction of customers.
∎ Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimations, and related documentation.
∎ Communicating with customers and other stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of services.
∎ Managing and reporting related to fire safety, environmental concerns, etc. logistics related work.
∎ Providing post-handover services.
∎ Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer queries.
∎ Performing tasks in alignment with management instructions as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate industry (post-handover and maintenance related work experience)
∎ Good at writing, communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Adequate knowledge at (BOQ) & Estimation
Salary: Negotiable
