Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Accounting, Finance, Marketing
∎ MBA/Masters and BBA/Honors (Major in Accounting, HRM, Marketing and/or Finance) with minimum CGPA 3.5 (4:00 scale) from a UK university/ Dhaka University/NSU/IUB/BRAC/AIUB/East West University/reputed Foreign Universities
∎ Candidate with research publication in reputed journal will get special consideration.
∎ Candidates with English Medium schooling will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
teaching
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting courses, Preparing study material, conducting assessments (exam, assignment, presentation, viva etc)
∎ Assessing student work, grading, marking and preparing results
∎ Communicating with partner institutions efficiently (Pearson and Leeds Trinity University)
∎ Counseling & Mentoring students
∎ Communicating with students, parents, guardian and other colleagues efficiently
∎ Arranging seminars, academic sessions, academic events, extra-curricular and club activities
∎ Undertaking continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities
∎ Carrying out academic administrative duties
∎ Executing other duties required by department and institution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skill, good work ethics;
∎ Proactive with the ability to take initiative and ownership of institution;
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results;
∎ Being able to take both online classes and face to face sessions
∎ Ability to apply different teaching & assessment techniques
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team under minimum supervision;
