Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality teaching in classroom, lab and prepare the students for good outcome using the teaching methodology.
∎ Evaluate the students merit and capability. Inspire students discipline, morally and physically to take part in academic & co-curricular activities. Must have a clear assessment of each student.
∎ Accountable to patronize all subjects & also to participate in course evaluation.
∎ maintaining communication with Principal, all teachers, staffs & students.
∎ Assignment, class test, quiz, group study, field trip, community visit, and evaluate all students to be completed within deadline.
∎ Taking feed-back, evaluate students and maintaining all types of record.
∎ Ensure to hold scheduled class on time regularly. If any teacher fails to take any class, he/she must continue the class by other teachers.
∎ Liable to ensure presence of student in class, clinical practice & lab practice.
∎ Conduct and evaluate term exam, final exam independently according exam guideline given by BNMC.
∎ Look after the students on any emergency such as- sick, accident, safety, security and positive motivation to adhere the mission, vision, philosophy and value of organization.
∎ Take part in improving and enriching teaching learning environment including class room, lab, library and in hospital settings
∎ Any task given by principal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years teaching experience in Nursing College/Institution
