Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in performing procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
∎ Bedside clinical follow up, attend round & referral with Consultant
∎ Interpretation of ECG, ABG, Ventilator parameters, imaging and common investigation reports
∎ Monitor and adjust patient treatment plans according to the directive of treating Consultant
∎ Maintain patient records meticulously
∎ Participate in professional development
∎ Take over and handovers at the beginning and end of shifts
∎ Follow infection control practices, patient safety goals
∎ Communicate with patients, families, and other staff
∎ Brief consultants about patient admissions, discharges, and changes in condition
∎ Coordinate patient care among the patient's primary physician, critical care staff, and other specialists
